It makes my gym sessions structured and targeting the correct muscle groups. There are videos to go with each exercise and Emma sets out how many reps and sets. Gives structure to my gym session and means I am I use the most of my gym session rather than wasting time trying to work out my own session. Means I can be in and out on my lunchtime. Will I have to eat a low-calorie diet?
No! Though I offer tailored nutritional advice to my clients, I'll never recommend a strict, low-calorie diet.
Will I be restricted on what foods I can eat?
Absolutely not! There is no single unhealthy food, only unhealthy combinations!
I'm nervous about going to a gym. Will I have to go to one?
No! I offer both home-based programs as well as online training to accommodate people with reservations about going to a gym or training in public.
Will I get big muscles from strength training?
No! Strength training isn't about getting big muscles; it’s a fantastic way to help you achieve a more athletic physique. it'll also support longer-term weight maintenance goals!
I only have a small amount of spare time; how will I fit it all in?
With limited time, fitting in a fitness program may seem difficult. However, there's no need to worry, we can create a perfectly tailored exercise plan that fits seamlessly into your schedule!
I have a bad back/knee/shoulder etc. will this stop me from being able to do the program?
No! All my programs are tailored specifically to you, and I'll never ask you to do something that could risk making your injury worse. In many cases, my programs have been able to help people reduce or even eliminate the pain experienced by pre-existing injuries!
