I started with Emma because I needed to get fit for a specific fitness test. Being a beginner to exercise, I didn’t know where to start. I told Emma what the fitness test required and she came up with a plan for each session. She trained me to do exercises I wouldn’t have thought of trying – and definitely wouldn’t have attempted doing. But she gave me the confidence to try different exercises and kept me motivated. Emma taught me that having a positive state of mind is key to achieving anything. Although my goals have now changed, I’m keeping up with the training and using the knowledge I gained from training with Emma.
