We’ve all got our reasons for personal training. And because no two bodies are the same, the more advanced your training program, the more customised it becomes. Your first step is the Free ECPT assessment, which includes an in-depth medical and fitness questionnaire, body composition index, movement screen, postural analysis and metabolic rate measurement. Your coach will evaluate your history and objectives to create your personal roadmap. Since needs, goals and lives change, the conversation between you and your coach will play a vital role in your success. Because at the end of the day, it’s about performing at your peak — while living your life.
At 50 years of age Emma has helped me to enjoy exercise again and stay motivated to eat well and look after my health. Her knowledge and encouragement is second to none and the workouts are always varied and push you to your limits. I leave the gym after my training sessions feeling amazing and cant wait until the next one, I have more confidence and feel so much happier in myself.
Having self-taught & self-motivated myself to being a regular attender of a gym for a little over a year, I plateaued, no new results, a lack of motivation, quite simply the gym was becoming a “drag”… In just 3 months with ECPT, I have found a passion in a sport I didn’t really know existed, reduced the amount of jiggle in my wiggle, increased my strength beyond my imagination, and started to change my body shape to where I want it to be!
After that first session with ECPT, I was hooked and really looked forward to seeing what I’d be doing each week. Emma’s creativity with her programming is always challenging and she knows exactly how hard to push me. And she gets results – since training with Emma I’ve lost 2 stone in weight (and kept it off), dropped 3 dress sizes and can’t quite believe everything I have achieved with her support and encouragement.
